A Bit of My Story

I’m a graduate of the Naturopathic Institute of Therapies & Education (NITE) in Mt. Pleasant, MI, and a Licensed Massage Therapist. Before entering the world of wellness, I spent over 25 years in nonprofit and higher education. After a long career behind a desk, I realized it was time to find a path that kept me active, engaged, and aligned with my passion for helping others feel their best.

In 2021, I made the leap, training to become a licensed massage therapist and building a practice centered on relaxation, comfort, and individualized care. My journey to massage therapy was inspired not only by my own desire for a more balanced, active life, but also by my experiences supporting my family’s health and well-being.

I’m grateful for the wonderful clients who trust me with their care and for the opportunity to create a space where everyone can relax, restore, and recharge.
